As a Tele Marketing and Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to promote products, assist customers with their queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone to promote products or services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers in placing orders and resolving complaints
