Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers over the phone to promote products or services
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Provide information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers in placing orders and resolving complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Proven experience in tele marketing or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
